CURD is produced on a fully automated line for the production of coarse crumbly cheese DONIDO.
This line is equipped with a computer program to control all the processes of manufacture of the product and sanitizing all equipment. This enables the production of cottage cheese elite class with a long shelf life. Carefully manufactured product is different granular structure and has excellent rich flavor and aroma of fermented milk product due to gentle handling without breaking curd grains, as well as packaging in modified atmosphere, preserving the fresh taste of the natural product of high quality.
